Services for contracting authorities

As it is seen in practice, a lot of contracting authorities encounters different problems while organizing and performing public procurement procedures. These problems mainly are connected with the breach of rules of the Law on Public Procurement. The main goal of „Public Procurement Bureau“ is to help contracting authorities to apply the rules of this law properly. We provide wide range of services for contracting authorities:

Services for suppliers

Usually the potential participants of public procurement procedures have no proper knowledge or do not believe in legality of procedures. That is why suppliers avoid to participate in these procedures loosing the ability to sell their goods, services or works. Suppliers must know, that seeking for professional help in due time, provides more opportunities to protect their rights and interests. For this reason we offer such services for suppliers:

• legal analysis of tender documents;
• preparation of tenders according requirements established in tender documents;
• consultations in written and oral form, legal help in all public procurement matters;
• preparation of claims;
• representation of suppliers in any governmental institution.

Also we, together with our partners advocates, represent suppliers in Lithuanian and/or EU courts.
