„Public Procurement Bureau“ is exclusively devoted to providing services on public procurement for contracting authorities and suppliers.

The activity of „Public Procurement Bureau“ is based on the principals of respect and loyalty to the client, confidentiality, compliance with requirements of law and individual approach to the problems.

We don’t talk lots about ourselves, we think, that our experience, work and customers present us better. Knowing, that there are no limits to perfection, we permanently improve our knowledge in training events and while sharing our experience with colleagues.

Our team

Zita Lukšienė

Education – Master of Economics, Vilnius University. Zita has gained her experience in public procurement matters working in the Public Procurement Office under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. For over 7 years her work was dedicated to drafting legal documents, evaluating tender documents, training and consulting contracting authorities and suppliers, organizing seminars and lecturing on public procurements. Zita has improved her knowledge on public procurement in many seminars, conferences and other training events in Lithuania and Sweden.

Renata Baskienė

Education – Master of Law, Vilnius University. Renata has been dealing with the public procurement matters in the Public Procurement Office under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania for over 8 years. she was responsible for drafting legal documents, analyzing the practice of European Court of Justice and Lithuanian courts in public procurement cases, evaluating tender documents, consulting contracting authorities and suppliers in all public procurement issues. Renata has improved her knowledge on public procurement in many seminars, conferences and other training events in Lithuania, Poland, Belgium.
